No payment details are collected at this stage.

Physician review
A licensed physician reviews your application. If peptide therapy fits your goals and history, they design your regimen: which peptides, what doses, what schedule. If it doesn't, we tell you that instead.
Every regimen is individually authorized — there is no way to buy peptides from Axiom without clinical review.

Delivered to your door
Your peptides are prepared through our licensed U.S. pharmacy partners and shipped directly to you, with clear preparation and dosing guidance for every item in your regimen.
Cold-chain shipping where required, discreet packaging always.

Ongoing care
Your regimen isn't static. Message your care team anytime, report how you're responding, and your physician adjusts doses, swaps peptides, or winds things down as your goals change.
